What is happening my friend!
Okay it’s the start of a new week and I was talking to a friend the other day about ‘goals’. Ya know, the things you want to achieve. My friend said it’s good to set some small goals- so they’re easier to achieve!
Sometimes I set goals that can seem too hard so I never get around to achieving them, but if you break them down into smaller goals, then you achieve the smaller goals which get you closer to achieving your big goal!
I want to keep fit so I’m setting a goal of doing just 15 minutes of exercise every day. That shouldn’t be too hard!
Time for some push ups!
