Tuck Jump:
Lift your knees to your chest as you jump straight up.Touch your knees with your hands, then straighten your legs out as you go back down, landing on your feet.

Pike Jump:
Jump straight up and kick your legs out in front of you so they’re horizontal with the trampoline.Tuck your chest down towards your legs – at the top of the jump your whole body should be horizontal with the trampoline, with your chest tucked down towards your legs.On the way down return to a standing position and land on your feet.

Seat Drop:
Jump high into the air and land on your bottom with your legs out in front of you.Use the momentum from your bounce to return to a standing position – use your arms to help you out too!

Knee Drop:
Jump high then bounce onto your knees.Keep your back straight and your knees together, with your shoulders in line with your knees. Use the momentum from your bounce to return to a standing jump.
