Please print a Talent Release Form and get a parent or guardian to sign it – this is a form which tells us that you have read the Rules of Entry and the Terms and Conditions and give us permission to show footage of you on Sticky TV. You must present a signed talent release form to enter Sticky Stars Duets.

Make sure both you and your Sticky Stars Duet's partner have a release form signed! If you can't print a release form we will have some on location when you arrive!
