Adam is overwhelmed by the needs of his family and the increasing demands that he finds himself under at work from his boss Gordon Flint.

Zeek is overly confident that his DIY skills will save the day as he tries to repair a leak in the barn but Joel has to be enlisted by the family to help out.

Elsewhere, Sarah tries to find her place in the world and Crosby prepares for a visit from Jasmine and his son Jabbar, Kristina tries to teach Haddie how to drive and, along with a behavioral aide called Gaby, tries to help her and Adam's son Max through a crisis.
