Hank Hill loves God, Country, Family and Football, though not always in that order. He's been devoted to one woman, his wife Peggy, for half of his forty years (although sometimes he'd rather she keep her voice down when discussing bodily functions and sex organs). And next to the oxygen he breathes, the gas he cares most about is propane. (He cares a lot about propane accessories, too.)

Hank has gotten where he is today by overcoming PC liberals, twig boy bureaucrats, dimwitted friends and his own disability--a congenitally narrow urethra. And he's done it without whining or claiming victim status.

Scout leader, little league coach and expert on anything you can throw or mow, Hank is a working-class Superman who fights for truth, justice and the Texas way.

Hank Hill is one proud Texan-American. And Hank never forgets that the last two words in American are "I can." And the first to letters are "A-M" which is when Hank gets up to do all he "can." And the middle two letters are "E-R" which, even though it is on another network, is a pretty good show that Hank might watch if he didn't have to get up so early in the AM to do all he can for America.
