Breaking Bad and American Horror Story Gain Emmy Wins

Aaron Paul of Breaking Bad and Jessica Lange of American Horror Story both won accolades in the 2012 Primetime Emmys today.
Paul received the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Breaking Bad.
In his speech he thanked the writers for not killing him off and his parents to encouraging him to leave Idaho and pursue his dream.
He was very shocked by the win.
"Oh my god, I truly didn't even attempt to prepare a speech - I can't believe I'm standing on this stage."
Jessica Lange won the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries of Movie for her role as Constance in American Horror Story.
Lange wore a vibrant orange dress and beat out fellow co-star Frances Conroy who was also up for the award.
The 64th Annual Emmy Awards were held on Sunday September 23rd (Pacific Daylight Time).
TV3 shows Homeland and Modern Family also won big, including Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Comedy Series respectively.
