Each of these will make enough for four people.

Ham & Avocado Pinwheels:

WHAT YOU NEED:

- 3 wholemeal tortillas
- 2 avocadoes
- Light cream cheese
- 150g shaved ham

WHAT TO DO:

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese and a layer of avocado over each of your tortillas.Top with shaved ham.Roll your tortilla up and slice it into pinwheels.

Vegemite Fairy Bread:

WHAT YOU NEED:

- 4 slices of bread
- Vegemite
- Hundreds & thousands

WHAT TO DO:

Spread each piece bread with some vegemite then sprinkle hundreds and thousands on top and cut into quarters.You can do this the traditional way with margarine if you prefer!

Fruit Kebabs:

WHAT YOU NEED:
 
- Kiwifruit
- Rockmelon
- Kebab sticks

WHAT TO DO:

Slice up your kiwifruit and rockmelon, removing the skin. You can cut the fruit into shapes with biscuit cutters if you like or just chop into cubes.Then thread pieces of rockmelon and kiwifruit onto your kebab sticks!
