Six60 to perform in November
24 August 2012
Six60 are putting on a show like no other in November – they'll perform with the Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra.
The rock/roots/electronica band of multi-instrumentalists will perform an album anniversary show, featuring their new version of 'Lost'.
The show comprises of three parts – an acoustic set, a 'Live and Massive' set with their hit songs and the set with the orchestra.
The band are excited to bring all the different musical elements together in what will be an unforgettable, one-off event.
"This show is going to be completely different from anything we've ever done before," says lead singer Matiu Wallters.
"As well as our usual live energy, we'll be stripping back some songs to their purest forms and then for others we will be working with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra to take some songs in a totally different direction.
"It's going to be a really special once only show".
Tickets are on sale from Monday 27th August from www.six60.co.nz and www.buytickets.co.nz.
When: The ASB Theatre, Aotea Centre
