Sammies on a Stick
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Dark wholemeal
bread
- White fibre bread
- Strawberry jam - whatever your fave flavour!
- Apricot jam
- Plum jam
- Skewers
WHAT TO DO:
1. Flatten bread slice with rolling pin.
2. Slice off crusts (save them and freeze them for
breadcrumbs!)
3. Spread on jam (make sure filling doesn’t overlap edges of
bread)
4. Roll up slice into a sausage shape.
5. Wrap it with cling film and tie the ends shut with a knot.
6. Then all that’s left to do is chuck them in the fridge
for a bit to let it firm up.
7. Unwrap each roll and cut it into 5 pinwheels. Then place
your skewer in to each pinwheel.

- Terracotta pots
- An Orange
- Leaves
- Plastic bugs on skewers
WHAT TO DO:
1. Place orange inside your terracotta pot.
2. Cover orange with leaves.
3. Stick skewers with bugs + sammies into the orange.
