HOKEY POKEY CUPCAKE CONES

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE CUPCAKE BATTER:
- 2 cups of self raising flour
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1tsp of vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 125g melted butter
- Ice cream cones

WHAT TO DO:
1) Put flour and sugar in a bowl and mix.
2) Make a hole in the center then add milk, vanilla, eggs, butter & milk
3) Stir so there are no lumps
4) Fill each cone 2/3 fill with mixture and bake for 15-20mins

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE
- 2tbsp of butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of milk
- 1 cup of icing sugar

WHAT TO DO:
1) Bring butter and sugar to a boil then stir in milk
2) Add icing sugar and stir until it's at a icing consistency. If too dry add a tsp of warm water.

Serve together with ice cream and smashed up crunchy bars
