Potato chips with yoghurt lemon dip

WHAT YOU NEED FOR POTATO CHIPS:

- 1 Medium Russet Potato
- Baking Paper
- Cider vinegar
- Salt
- Chopping board
- Plate
- Knife

WHAT TO DO:


1. Carefully slice your potato as thinly as possible - ask someone older to give you a hand
2. Dip each slice into a bowl of cider vinegar and place on a plate covered with baking paper - take care not to overlap them! (You might need to do this in batches)
3. Sprinkle with salt
4. Microwave for about 4-6 minutes - keep checking until spots of brown appear
4. Turn microwave off for 1 minute
5. Microwave again on high until golden brown - don't over cook them!

WHAT YOU NEED FOR YOGHURT LEMON DIP:

- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Chopped parsley
- 1 cup of fat-free plain greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp of finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- Whisk
- Chopping board
- Bowl


WHAT TO DO:

1. Whisk together yoghurt , lemon juice and lemon zest
2. Season with salt and pepper
3. Chop and sprinkle on parsley
