WHAT TO DO:
- 4 cups of spiral pasta
- Skinless, boneless, chicken breast
- Red onion
- Red capsicum
- Can chopped tomatoes
WHAT YOU NEED:
1.Your first step is to put the pasta on the boil.
2. Chop up all your veges and dice the chicken.
3. While the pasta boils throw all the other ingredients into
the frying pan, with a bit of oil, add the chicken, onion, pepper, mushrooms.
4. Right! Almost done just add the can of chopped tomatoes, and
strain the pasta. Add it to the fry pan with chicken and veges, then mix it
well and heat it right through!
