Milkshakes
Each of these
recipes should make 4 – 5 milkshakes
Choc
Mint
WHAT YOU NEED:
2 cups low-fat
milk
1 cup ice
1 cup yoghurt
2 tbs drinking
chocolate powder
½ tsp vanilla
Dash of
peppermint essence (don’t overdo it!)
WHAT TO DO:
Place all
ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
Straw-Nana
WHAT YOU NEED:
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup ice
1 ½ cups
low-fat milk
1 cup frozen
strawberries
2 chopped
bananas
WHAT TO DO:
Place all
ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
Cherry
Vanilla
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup ice
1 cup low-fat
milk
1 tsp vanilla
essence
½ tin of
cherries (drained) or ½ cup frozen cherries
WHAT TO DO:
Place all
ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
