Kumara Brownie
WHAT YOU
NEED:
- 100g
reduced fat spread
- 200g dark
chocolate chips
- 200g baked
kumara
- 1 cup
sugar
- 2 medium
sized eggs
- 2 tsp
orange zest
- 3/5 cup
flour
- ¼ tsp
baking powder
- 100g
almonds
- Icing
sugar
WHAT TO DO:
1. Preheat
oven to 180 degrees.
2. Get most
of the chocolate chips (3 quarters) and chuck them into a bowl to microwave- make
sure the bowl is microwave safe.
3. In another
bowl mix kumara with sugar, smooth it out.
4. Get the
eggs and orange zest in there and stir, stir, stir it, it should become nice
and thick.
5. Add the
flour and baking powder, melted chocolate and spread.
6. Add the
rest of the chocolate chips (the ones you didn’t melt) and your chopped almonds.
7. Pour your
mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes!
