Jacelle
Farm girl and animal-lover Jacelle is no stranger to hard work. Growing up on an alpaca farm with her four siblings, she drove
tractors and rode horses to help her mum run the family business.
"She was a single mum, running a 45-acre farm and looking after the kids – she's a woman and a half, that's for sure."
Looking for adventure, last year Jacelle accepted an offer to work as a meter maid on the Gold Coast.
"I didn't really know much about it but I'm pretty spontaneous," she says." I got up there and didn't know anyone, but I made so
many friends and had the time of my life."
This trainee barmaid prides herself on her big heart and says she can see the good in everyone so she can't wait to
meet her geek.
"I can talk to anyone. It doesn't matter who they are as I
don't judge," she says.
Jacelle believes she'll be able to teach her geek to relax
and laugh at himself.
"I could teach my partner to be down to earth and comfortable in their own skin, to relax around the opposite
sex and give them a confidence boost. I want to bring out the guy inside," she says.
The tall, bubbly blonde's biggest regret is not trying harder in Year 12, saying numbers never added up in her head and
her spelling has always been terrible.
"I was kind of just more into having fun, like 'live one day at a time'," she says of her time at school.
You certainly can't take the country out of this girl, with her perfect date a picnic on the back of his ute.
"I don't need to be dined. It's not common these days to find a guy that would take you for a horse ride."
