Egg Sheets
WHAT YOU NEED:
- For white sheets:
1 ½ cups of egg whites
- For yellow sheets:
1 ½ cups of egg whites &
3 tbsp of yellow curry powder
WHAT TO DO:
- Preheat your oven to 180c.
- Line your baking pan with
parchment paper.
- Crack eggs – separate
whites.
- In 1 bowl whisk together
the egg white and curry powder.
- Pour mixture into separate
pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now it’s time to cut out the
duck and chicken shapes!
- Cut out chicken shape
(grab an oldie for this)
- Cut out carrot for a beak
and feet.
- Use a different colour for
the nose and eyes.
Now you don’t have to cut
out a chicken or a duck for this recipe, you can cut out any shape you like! So
once you’re done, serve it with some salad, and you’re good to go!
