Deelish Chicken Dish
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 200g carrots (sliced)
- 1 cup of sliced celery
- 4 small onions
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp of green herb stock
- 1 cup of low fat milk
- 2 cup of smoked chicken
- ½ cup of peas
- Cauliflower florets
WHAT TO DO:
1. First cook the veggies in the oil and water.
2. Once your veges have softened up add your flour, stock
and remaining water.
3. Lastly, add the chicken and peas and cook for another 20
minutes.
