Coloured Pancakes
WHAT YOU
NEED:
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cups
trim milk
- 1 cup
Scotch Oats
- 1 tbsp
sugar
- ¾ cup
flour
- ½ tsp
baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Natural
food colouring (Blue, Red, Yellow, Green)
WHAT TO DO:
1. Whisk egg
in bowl, add milk and stir.
2. Add
sugar, scotch oats, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
3. Divide mixture
into different bowls, add a few drops of food colouring into bowls and mix
colour through.
4. Pour your
mixture in to a fry pan and cook!
5. Garnish with fresh fruit and yogurt.
