Chicken Salad
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 Cooked
chicken
- 4 Salad Leaves
- 1/3 cup of Edam cheese
- 1 lemon – for juice
- 2
tablespoons of olive oil
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tomatoes (wedged)
- 1 Red onion
- Basil leaves
- 1 avocado
– sliced
- An oldie to help
WHAT TO DO:
1. Slice
chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Add salad
leaves and cheese.
3. Squeeze
tangerine and mix with mint in a small bowl and pour on chicken mixture.
4. Use your
clean hands to mix all ingredients together and then heap onto plates.
5. Garnish with
tomatoes and slices of avocado.
