Burritos
WHAT YOU
NEED:
-Wholemeal
tortilla
-1 can
refried beans
-120 grams
of shredded lettuce
-150g roast
chicken breast
-2 tbsp
kidney beans
-Tomatoes
-Capsicum
-Squeeze of
Lime or lemon
WHAT TO DO:
1. Spread
your beans onto your tortilla, followed by your lettuce.
2. Warm your
kidney beans in the microwave until warm (approx. 1 min).
3. Lay the
chicken over your refried beans and lettuce.
4. Add your
tomatoes, microwaved beans and squeeze over the lemon/lime juice.
5. Lastly,
roll up your burrito so it’s ready to eat.
