Beetroot Chips
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 4 medium sized beetroots
- 2 tsp of olive oil
- Sea salt
- Cheese grater with a big wide slice
WHAT TO DO:
1. Preheat your oven to 180c.
2. Peel beetroots and then grate into slices using cheese grater.
3. Toss beetroot in a large bowl with olive oil.
4. Arrange slices on a lined baking pan and sprinkle with sea salt.
5. Cook for 20 minutes.
