Amaze-balls
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 10 wholegrain crackers
- ¼ cup of no added sugar or
salt peanut butter (softened)
- 3 tbs liquid honey
- ¼ cup of shredded coconut
- Some
almonds or whatever nut you prefer for the middle
WHAT TO DO:
1. Crush your crackers in a
re-sealable bag using a rolling bin.
2. Once you’ve crushed your
crackers, add your peanut butter, your liquid honey, and your coconut then mix.
3. Then you basically want to
form balls and push an almond into the middle of each one.
4. Lastly you want to chill
them in the fridge for another 20 minutes.
